No more scary bills for going online in Europe

Euro Internet and Broadband Boosters
On 1 March we introduced Euro Internet and Euro Broadband Boosters for using internet and email in European countries, making it better value to surf while you're away.

Whenever you try to access and use any internet services in Europe, either on your phone or on your laptop, you'll need to buy a booster - we'll show you a page on your laptop or text you to tell you how to do this.

If you've got a BlackBerry, please read the section below, as you won't need these boosters.

Find out more about Euro Boosters

BlackBerry users
Feel free to use BlackBerry® Mail, internet or other data services without worrying about big bills - from 1 July customers who use their BlackBerry in Europe will never be charged more than £48 each month. You won't need to add a booster for this service, it is part of your package if you have a BlackBerry.

Current Cost Cost from 1st July
Using data abroad £4 per day (maximum £124 per month) £4 per day (maximum £48 per month)

Voicemail in Europe is cheaper

From 1 July you won't be charged when someone leaves you a voicemail while you're in Europe, so you don't have to turn off your voicemail when you're away. You'll be charged the same for picking up voicemail in Europe as you would be for a normal call when you're abroad.

If you're travelling outside Europe, you'll still be charged when someone leaves you a message, so you can turn off your voicemail if you don't want to be charged.
