Pay monthly plans which include internet on your phone

If you choose a Pay Monthly plan which includes internet on your phone, you’ll need internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can only use internet on your phone in the UK and you can’t use your phone as a modem or use internet on your phone for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging or making internet phone calls. *Internet on your phone comes with a fair use policy of 1GB a month.  We’ll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers.  If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won’t charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much. If you remove your booster and then use internet on your phone you’ll automatically be charged our daily rate, see t-mobile.co.uk.

Pay monthly plans which include internet on your phone on an Android phone

You'll get internet on your phone Plus included if you join us on a pay monthly plan with an Android phone in a T-Mobile store, over the phone or via our website, t-mobile.co.uk. You'll need internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can only use your internet on your phone Plus Booster in the UK and you can't use your phone as a modem or use Internet on your phone Plus for peer to peer file sharing, or making internet phone calls. *Internet on your phone Plus comes with a fair use policy of 3GB a month. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our internet on your customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your plan, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much. As your phone is always connected to the internet, if you remove your internet on your phone Plus Booster from your account you'll automatically be charged up to £1 every day. Internet on your phone booster (including flexible booster)

To choose the unlimited internet on your phone booster, text WEB to 879, call 150 from your mobile, visit one of our stores or go to www.t-mobile.co.uk. The booster costs £5 a month and the cost will be added to your next bill and then every bill each month until you ask us to remove it . We’ll send you a text to let you know when your booster is ready to use and you can ask us to remove your booster, simply call 150 from your mobile. BlackBerry® Mail booster

To choose the BlackBerry® Mail booster, simply text BB1 from your BlackBerry to 879, call 150, visit one of our stores or go to www.t-mobile.co.uk. You’ll need a compatible BlackBerry phone and the booster is only for use in the UK . The booster costs £5 a month and the cost will be added to your next bill and then every bill each month until you ask us to remove it. We’ll send you a text to let you know when your booster is ready to use and you can ask us to remove your booster, simply call 150 from your BlackBerry. * This booster comes with a fair use policy of 50MB of email data per month. If you go over 50MB in a given month, we may ask you to lower your data usage. We’ll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers.  If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won’t charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your Booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

Business Unlimited

Join Business Unlimited with us on a 24 month pay monthly plan before 31 July 2010 in store, over the phone or online and pay just £17.50 a month rather than £35 a month for the first 3 months. This offer isn't available on top of any other offer and you will lose your discount if you move plan within the first 3 months.

Comparison in March 2010 of the published effective per user monthly prices of the other UK networks for 24 month plans for up to 8 users which include: unlimited (or up to unlimited) calls and texts to UK mobiles and landlines, unlimited UK internet and unlimited BlackBerry email. Vodafone price of up to £51.50 per user a month applies to 2 users, the cost for 8 users is £45.88 per user a month. Excludes promotions

All prices exclude VAT. You'll have to promise to stay with T-Mobile for a minimum term of 24 months, pass our standard credit check and register as a business customer. You may have to pay a deposit.

When you're in the UK you can check your voicemail for free. You'll also get free conference calls in the UK for up to 20 participants at any time. Remember that the other conference participants will just pay up to the cost of calling a T-Mobile number.

Business Unlimited gives you unlimited inclusive minutes and unlimited texts from the UK to customers of UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 & 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. A fair use policy applies to the use of unlimited minutes. So, if the average use on your account is over 1800 minutes a month per user, we may ask you to reduce the usage on your account so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you fail to reduce your usage, we reserve the right to ask you to move your account to another, more appropriate, price plan.

You can choose either BlackBerry Instant email or BlackBerry Business email. If you choose BlackBerry Business email, installation charges of up to £150 may apply if you don't install the Business Email Server Express software yourself.

Pay as you go and pay monthly

£1 a day for internet on your phone

If you are a pay as you go customer or a pay monthly customer who doesn’t have internet on your phone included in your plan or added to your account as a booster, a day pass costs up to £1 a day. We’ll automatically charge 0.73p per KB each day ( midnight to midnight ) when you use Internet on your phone until you hit £1 a day and then we won’t charge you any more. You’ll need a compatible phone and internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can only use internet on your phone in the UK and you can’t use your phone as a modem or use internet on your phone for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging (except if you have a Sidekick) or making internet phone calls. This plan comes with a fair use policy of 40MB a day.  We’ll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers.  If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won’t charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use internet on your phone, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

Pay as you go

Internet 5 day pass for pay as you go customers

Pay as you go customer? If you have a compatible phone, you can text WEB to 441 or call 879 free from your T-Mobile phone to buy our 5 day pass giving you 5 days unlimited internet browsing on your phone. We’ll send you a text to let you know when your pass is ready to use. We’ll start counting your 5 days the next day and you can use your pass until midnight five days later. We’ll let you know when your pass has run out. You can have up to 4 boosters on your account at one time and each booster will start as soon as a previous one runs out. Pay as you go customer? If you have a compatible phone, you can text MONTHWEB to 441 free from your T-Mobile phone to buy our 30 day booster giving you 30 days of unlimited internet browsing on your phone. We’ll send you a text to let you know when your booster is ready to use. We’ll start counting your 30 days straight away and we will let you know when your booster runs out. If you choose an Android phone, as it’s always connected to the internet, once your booster has run out you’ll then automatically be charged up to £1 a day to browse the internet. Mobile broadband

Mobile Broadband Plus Daily for pay monthly customers

To get Mobile Broadband you’ll need a compatible laptop, a USB stick (which you’ll need to buy) and mobile broadband coverage, check it out at t-mobile.co.uk/mobilebroadband. Remember that you can’t use your plan to make internet phone calls. We may need to do a credit check.You’ll need to choose if you want 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days of Mobile Broadband. The cost will be added to your monthly bill. Your 24 hours will run out exactly 24 hours after you buy it. If you’ve bought 7 days, it will run out exactly 7 days from when you bought it. And if you’ve bought 30 days it will run out exactly 30 days from when you bought it. When your Mobile Broadband runs out you’ll thenneed to buy more days to keep using it. If you want to use Mobile Broadband outside the UK you’ll need to pay more.If you don’t use your plan for 180 days, we’ll cancel it and your USB stick won’t work. You’ll lose any top up credit left on your account. Each plan comes with a fair use policy. The 24 hour plan has a fair use policy of 0.5GB, the 7 day plan has a fair use policy of 1GB and the 30 day plan has a 2GB fair use policy. We’ll monitor how much you send and receive during your plan so that we can protect our network for all customers.  If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won’t charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your plan, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

Mobile broadband daily for pay as you go customers

You don’t already have to be a T-Mobile customer to get Mobile Broadband Daily. You’ll need a compatible laptop, a USB stick (which you’ll need to buy) and mobile broadband coverage, check it out at t-mobile.co.uk/mobilebroadband. Remember that you can’t use your plan to make internet phone calls. Once you have topped up your pay per day account, you’ll need to choose if you want 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days of Mobile Broadband. Your 24 hours will run out exactly 24 hours after you buy it. If you’ve bought 7 days, it will run out exactly 7 days from when you bought it. And if you’ve bought 30 days it will run out exactly 30 days from when you bought it. When your Mobile Broadband runs out you’ll thenneed to buy more days to keep using it. If you want to use Mobile Broadband outside the UK you’ll need to buy one of our Euro Broadband Boosters.If you don’t use your plan for 180 days, we’ll cancel it and your USB stick won’t work. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our Mobile Broadband customers. Mobile Broadband Plus – using your phone as a modem

Already a T-Mobile pay monthly customer? You can add Mobile Broadband Plus to your account and use your phone as an enabled device like a USB modem. If your pay monthly plan already includes internet, Mobile Broadband Plus will be £5.00 extra a month and if you don't, it will be £12.50 extra a month. Mobile Broadband Plus will stay on your account until you ask us to remove it. You'll need a compatible laptop, compatible phone and mobile broadband coverage. Remember that you can't use your plan to make internet phone calls. If you use your plan outside of the UK, we'll add roaming charges to your pay monthly account, please see t-mobile.co.uk/mobilebroadband for more details. Mobile Broadband Extra

Mobile Broadband Pay upfront 90 & 365 days

You get either 12 months or 90 days of Mobile Broadband and a Mobile Broadband USB Stick. You’ll need a compatible laptop and mobile broadband coverage, check it out at t-mobile.co.uk/mobilebroadband. You’ll need to activate your Mobile Broadband by clicking on the ‘Activate’ button on the Mobile Broadband landing page. When your 90 days or 12 months of Mobile Broadband is up, you can then buy one of our other great pay per day options. Remember that your 90 days or 12 months of Mobile Broadband has been paid for up front and that you won’t be able to get a refund if you stop using it within that time. To ensure a high quality of service for all our customers a fair use policy of 2GB per calendar month applies. We’ll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers.  If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won’t charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your plan, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.
